How Can LSCC Help You Get Covered?
Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) can help you apply for marketplace health insurance coverage in one free, easy, secure and convenient application process. Friendly, trained staff will guide you through the application process and help determine what coverage options are best for you or your family.
LSCC MarketplaceConnection is free, and you do not have to be a patient of LSCC to get help finding coverage.
If you need health coverage, LSCC staff can help you:
- Compare and enroll in a plan that best meets your family’s needs
- See if you are eligible for assistance to help cover insurance costs
- See if you or a family member qualify for public health programs such as Medicaid or CHIP
- Assist you with applications for all public health programs and/or Marketplace products you qualify for

How will it work?
We have trained staff that can help guide you through this process at a time that is convenient for you. We are available to help by phone or in person.
Before October 1st, we will have a staff member call you to schedule an in-person or telephone interview and collect information so you are ready when the Marketplace opens.
