The Classes
Asthma Class
Learn important information about managing your own or a family member’s asthma through an in-home class scheduled at your convenience. Please contact Christopher Vilmores for details at CValmores@seton.org or 512-324-4000, ext 21811.
Diabetes Class
This class provides valuable information about managing diabetes. Participants learn about: meal planning; carb counting; label reading; exercise; medication; possible complications; symptoms of high and low blood sugar levels; and more.
Second Monday of every month, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Prenatal Class
This is a five week series of classes in which participants learn valuable information about what to expect throughout their pregnancy.

Pediatric Clinic Tours for Expectant Mothers
This tour offers pregnant women the opportunity to see and experience one of Lone Star Circle of Care’s pediatric clinics, ask questions and meet some of our pediatric clinicians. This is yet another way that LSCC goes the extra mile, offering women a head start in the planning of their child’s healthcare needs.
This class is in English, but Spanish translation may be provided.
