At Lone Star Circle of Care, we are dedicated to providing quality health care services for the uninsured and underinsured. The majority of our patients are the working poor—hard-working people struggling to take care of their families who don’t have access to health care because they can’t afford health insurance. In 2009, Lone Star Circle of Care provided nearly 130,000 patient visits. But we can’t continue serving the growing uninsured and underinsured populations without the support of our community.
Although we are a federally qualified community health center, only a very small percentage of our budget comes from federal grant funds. Without the support of our partners and our community, we would only be able to serve a fraction of our current patients. We need your help to shape healthy communities!
