RN Site Manager (Belton)
To manage daily clinical, front desk, and personnel activities and responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to patients/families. Ensure the site is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible to provide for a positive and quality patient experience. Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school, hold an unrestricted Texas RN license and be BCLS certified. Minimum of 2 years management experience in a clinic/outpatient environment preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Registered Nurses (Belton)
Responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to patients/families. The RN is involved in direct and indirect patient care. The RN provides direction to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) as well as other personnel in the provision of patient care. Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school, hold an unrestricted Texas RN license and be BCLS certified. Previous nursing experience in a clinic/outpatient environment is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (various Central Texas locations)
The position is responsible for ensuring that the medically related emotional and social needs of our patients are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Candidates must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with patients, staff and support agencies. Candidates must also possess the willingness and ability to collaborate in developing programs with other professionals, including primary care providers. Successful candidates are required to have a degree from an accredited graduate school, licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners and BCLS certified.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (various Central Texas locations)
Responsible for performing duties under direction/supervision of physician and/or site nurse to assist in the examination and treatment of patients. Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school, hold an unrestricted Texas LVN license and be BCLS certified. Previous nursing experience in a clinic/outpatient environment is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Certified Medical Assistant (various Central Texas locations)
Assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physician or other licensed professional. Assists in administrative clinical duties under the supervision of licensed nurse and site manager. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to handle a wide variety of duties/situations and flexible with their schedule. Preferred ability to speak, read and write Spanish. Medical Assistant certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA, NAHP or NCCT is required along with a current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Human Resources Generalist (Georgetown)
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a wide variety of HR functions, focusing on recruitment/retention, training & development.  The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and have effective verbal and written communication skills, which may include public speaking.  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, HR or related field AND 2 yrs of professional recruiting or HR Generalist experience required.  Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Staff Writer (Georgetown)
We are currently seeking a Staff Writer responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to third-party entities.  The ideal candidate must have strong written communication skills, ability to write clear, structured, articulate and persuasive proposals.  Knowledge of fundraising information sources, techniques and strategies.  Ability to work independently and as a strong contributor in a small team environment.  Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication or related field. Previous Grant Writing experience preferred and experience in a healthcare or non-profit is a definite plus.

Eligibility Specialist (Various Central Texas locations)
We are currently seeking Eligibility Specialists who will be responsible for processing and submitting all initial and renewal applications for Medicaid and CHIP eligible patients. The ideal candidate must have the ability to understand and follow directions and communicate effectively with patients and staff, delivering a high quality of customer service.  Good computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the proficiency in the use of basic math skills.  High school diploma or GED is required, proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred and six months prior medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.
