Application Analyst
Serves as resource supporting the development and implementation of practice management and outpatient electronic medical record systems in a variety of clinic settings.
•Experience with supporting applications, working with end users, training end users to use the application is preferred.
•Knowledge of SQL, a programming language such as Visual Basic, and a reporting package such as Crystal reports is preferred.
•Be highly proficient in problem solving and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills.
•Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to practical use.
•Ability to fulfill on-call requirements.
Certified Medical Assistant
Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to handle a wide variety of duties/situations, and flexible with their schedules. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish. Medical Assistant and CPR certification are required. Prefer a minimum of one year of related experience.
Certified Pharmacy Tech
Ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and carry out specific pharmacy tasks including preparing, maintaining, and organizing pre-packaged medications, preparing medication updates, filling and refilling prescriptions, entering prescriptions and medication orders into charts and/or or a log, and coordinating with nursing and providers in problem solving. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is preferred.
Front Desk Staff
Performs various duties involving appointment scheduling, typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, telephone reception, and special projects. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, and able to handle a wide variety of duties/situations. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish. CPR certification and experience is preferred.
Nurses LVN and RN
Ideal candidate must be organized, dependable, detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment. Candidate will be responsible for gathering information, assessing, and providing direct care to patients; possible referral coordination duties as required. A minimum of 1-2 years of health care experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Site Manager RN or LVN
Ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, dependable, detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bilingual preferred.
